He was age 18, single and lived with his mother and brother Kenneth in Bayfield in 1930. ®4457He was a Technical Sergeant in World War II. He was an attorney at Darlington, Wisconsin and served as the Lafayette County District Attorney in the late 1940’s and early 1950’s. He moved from Darlington, Wisconsin to Washington, D.C. in 1957 where he was an attorney for the Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Products Safety Commission until his death. He was survived by two daughters, one brother, Kenneth, Salem, Oregon, one sister, Mrs. Philip (Lucille) LaPointe, Bayfield, Wisconsin. ®4379
